| FAQ Index FTP FAQ What is FTP Access? FTP is an acronym for File Transfer Protocol. There are a huge variety of FTP programs you may use to transfer files from your computer to the server. We recommend using CuteFTP for it's ease of use. Do I get an anonymous FTP site? Anonymous FTP sites are not available for our customers. We cannot provide this type of setup for everyone. It would hinder the server performance dramatically, and slow down speeds for all other users. You will have FTP access to your space using your assigned login and password. How do I put files in my account? To transfer files from your PC to your account on the server, you can use a program known as an FTP client.
